1. How do I place an order on the site?
To make a purchase:

- Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next.”
- Select your preferred shipping method and click “Next.”
- Choose your payment method and click “Next.”
- Reconfirm billing details and agree to terms and conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods are available?
We offer various payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Online Transfer to Maybank (Account Name: Besthomez Group SDN BHD, Account Number: 562263583882)
After making payment, send the payment details, including Order Date and Order Number, to our WhatsApp Hotline at 010-868 2470.
3. In what currency are transactions conducted?
All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days, depending on courier services.
